I had my first Hydrofacial experience today with Alisa, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. Alisa explained each step of the treatment with care and clarity, and her attention to detail made all the difference. Whether it was adjusting the light, considering the background sounds, or simply asking whether I preferred silence or conversation during the session.
It was my first time both at this place and with Alisa, and I genuinely enjoyed it so much that I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments. It was absolutely worth the one-hour drive from Montreux to Bern. The space is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully located. Highly recommended!
